Philip J. Scolieri – Born on January 14, 1958 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; admitted to bar, 1984, Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania. He studied in the University of Pittsburgh (B.A., 1981). He attended law school in Duquesne University (J.D., 1984). He specializes in Real Estate; Business Law; Construction Law; Zoning Law.
